Job Summary xe2x80xa2 Certificate: Grade 12 xe2x80xa2 National Certificate Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices (Level 5). xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's Human Resource Development (Alternative) xe2x80xa2 Underground Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines (DMRE or MQA) xe2x80xa2 Professional Status: MQA Assessor / Moderator xe2x80xa2 Conduct Outcome Based Assessment xe2x80xa2 Skills Programme - Competency A & B xe2x80xa2 Skills Programme - Blasting Assistant xe2x80xa2 Skills Programme Underground TMM (All relevant licenses) xe2x80xa2 Valid Code EB driver's license xe2x80xa2 3 Years' experience as a training officer in a Bord and Pillar trackless mine. xe2x80xa2 3 Years' experience in Training and assessments, including the use of various technology platforms such as simulators, tablets, virtual reality. xe2x80xa2 3 Years' Moderation experience xe2x80xa2 2 Years' experience as a miner / shiftboss (Advantageous).
