To provide a general administrative and fulfilment function for Affluent Express, Private and Prestige/Executive Clients. To provide an account maintenance and investment roll-overs service including general portfolio management administration.
Qualifications
Matric ,Diploma or Degree in Business Commerce
Experience Required
Ability to verify documentation, account details, and compliance requirements accurately.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies or anomalies.
Experience in administrative functions - retrieval of statements, drafting of letters containing financial information
Must have 1 - 3 Years Experience with assisting Deceased Estates Customer service on calls or enquiries received from Executors of an estate
Deceased estates experience preferable.
Practical knowledge and understanding of the processes and policies used in the Deceased Estates area.
