Responsibilities:
As an experienced Receptionist at our manufacturing company, you will be a crucial point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Directing Phone Traffic: Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department with professionalism and courtesy.
Managing Front of House: Create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees as the face of our company. Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Appointment Tracking: Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing calendars for key personnel. Ensure meeting rooms are reserved and prepared as needed. With accuracy and confidentiality.
Clocking System Management: Oversee and ensure the accuracy of our staff''s clocking system, ensuring it is up to date and functioning properly.
Filing: Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for both physical and digital documents, making retrieval efficient and easy.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Office Supplies: Manage and order office supplies to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, keeping inventory levels in check.
Experience and Key Skills:
To excel in this role, you''ll need the following key skills:
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using various computer applications and software systems to perform tasks effectively.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain an organized workspace.
Great Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people courteously and professionally.
Well-Spoken in English: Exceptional command of the English language, both In written and spoken communication.

Qualifications:
Previous experience 3 years+ in a receptionist or administrative role is required.
High school diploma or equivalent minimum is required.
