Job Summary Office Management & Procurement Specialist Knysna, WC R10 000 - R15 000 Introduction Are you a proactive, detail-driven professional with strong organizational and financial skills? We're looking for an Office Management & Procurement Specialist to join a dynamic team in Knysna. Requirements Proficient in Pastel Sage Strong creditors/accounts payable knowledge Experience in procurement and supplier management Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations Strong organizational and administrative abilities Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Team player with a positive attitude Duties Record day-to-day transactions and assist with maintaining financial records Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable Source and obtain quotations, purchases, and manage supply of goods/services Ensure best pricing, quality, and timely delivery within project deadlines Conduct supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management Maintain supplier relationships and ensure regulatory compliance Reconcile supplier accounts and manage remittances/payments Handle registration and certification applications Manage vehicle licensing and insurance updates Oversee daily office operations, logistics, and supplies to ensure a productive environment Coordinate cleaning services and general office administration.
