Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to become a key part of our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and keeping the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence efficiently. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Maintain well-organized filing systems, both electronic and physical. Support the preparation of reports and presentations. Respond promptly and professionally to requests and inquiries. Manage office supply orders and keep inventory up to date. Perform basic bookkeeping duties as required.

Requirements:



Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. No prior experience required.
