Industrial Automation Company is seeking to employ an office assistant with the following qualifications and capabilities:
Matric
Drivers License (08) Own transport
Computer literate (Excel, Word, outlook)
Good telephonic/interpersonal skills
Min 2 years solid Administration experience
Sage experience will be an advantage
Your duties will include:
1. Placing orders with suppliers - Includes follow ups and requesting quotes. (Procurement)
2. Receiving incoming orders. (Procurement)
3. Packing customer orders for delivery. (Procurement)
5. Site deliveries for spares when the guys are unavailable. (Technical)
6. Generate and update job cards & working hours graphs. (Technical)
8. Managing supplier accounts - logging on Pastel, preparing month end figures. (Accounting)
9. Keeping track of overhead costs (Utilities). (Accounting)
10. Supplier expenditure logged on budget. (Accounting)
12. Responsible for preparing salary hours for payroll. Logging of weekly time sheets. (Admin/Accounting)
13. Filing (Customers and Suppliers). (Admin)
14. Customer purchase order tracking (Follow up on quotes sent). (Admin)
16. Supplier credit applications. (Admin)
17. Registrations - DOL, ECBSA, SAIMC, CiDB, TASA. (Admin)
18. Assisting with safety files for projects that require them. (Admin)
20. Welcoming visitors. (Reception)
The successful candidate will in addition to the above have good time management, coordinating, planning and organizing skills. Excellent written, telephonic and interpersonal communication skills efficient and friendly personality
To start immediately. Monthly salary: R7500 negotiable depending
