Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Valid driver's license
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator or Receptionist
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Knowledge and experience in tender administration processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
