Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented

Administrator

with experience in accounts and data capturing to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial and administrative records while supporting the smooth running of office operations.

Key Responsibilities



Capture and maintain accurate financial data (invoices, receipts, supplier and client details) Assist with reconciliations, basic bookkeeping, and preparation of financial reports Manage and maintain records, files, and office databases Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, and other communication) Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed Perform general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and coordinating logistics

Requirements



Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant, or in a similar role Practical knowledge of accounts administration and data capturing Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, QuickBooks) will be an advantage Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent accuracy, numeracy skills, and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Pay: R7000,00 - R10000,00 per month
