Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
  • Oversee office operations, from supplies to gate management.
  • Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics.
  • Assist with AI-related projects and research coordination.
  • Manage sensitive information and confidential records with discretion.
  • Support HR functions like interview scheduling and employee onboarding.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in office administration or executive support.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
  • Own transport and flexibility to travel when needed.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in AI and technology.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
