Provide general administrative support to the team and management
Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence
Prepare documents, reports and presentation as required
Coordinate meetings, appointments and calendars
Assist with onboarding processes and staff documentation
Order office supplies and ensure office equipment is maintained
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects when needed
Filing service reports
Ordering of uniform
Compile monthly reports
Obtain quotes from suppliers
Assist Operations with daily admin
Daily weekly and monthly capturing of orders-Cleaning, Gardening and Waste
Liaising with the respective division and obtaining correct paperwork for internal billing
Completing Contract Adjustments and obtaining approval
3 Years Administrative Experience
Matric certified
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
MS Office skills (Word, Excel and outlook)
Ability to priorities tasks and manage time effectively
