Job Description


RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established company, position based in the Howick area, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Relevant qualification/s advantageous.

Valid drivers license and own vehicle.

English speaking (must be able to speak, read and write English competently).

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous working experience on Simple Pay an advantage / previous working experience on other human resources / accounting packages.

Checking and coding invoices and purchase orders.

Reconcile month-end invoices to statements, creating a payment list.

Skills development and employment equity.

Health and safety.

Update the attendance register. Monitor and facilitate leave.

Enter payroll data into Simple Pay program.

Stocktaking.

General administration duties.
