Office Administrator - Position:Office Administrator Company:Brandon's Eye Location: South Africa (On-site/Hybrid depending on operations) Overview: Brandon's Eye is seeking an organized and reliable Office Administrator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, maintain records, and assist management with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage office communications and respond to emails/messages Organize schedules, appointments, and internal planning Maintain and update client and employee records Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, invoicing, and reports Coordinate workflow between team members Provide general support to management Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace) Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From R3000,00 per month
