Job Summary Role: Office administrator
Location: Gansbaai, Western Cape
Salary: TBC

Responsibilities:

  • Reception/Front of House:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Quotations:
  • Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations.
  • Administration:
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to quotations and projects.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Bookkeeping:
  • Assist in the writing up of books and financial records.
  • Work with accounting software to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Logistics:
  • Coordinate logistics for the repair and installation team.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and communication regarding job locations and timelines.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (Pastel, Quickbooks, Xero).
  • Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to go beyond the job description.
