Key Responsibilities: 
 Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office 
 Support staff and doctors by coordinating resources and providing administrative assistance 
 Manage schedules and documentation for monthly and quarterly doctors meetings 
 Handle communication and correspondence with doctors and suppliers 
 File documents, organise records, and maintain internal databases 
 Oversee the physical office space by coordinating repairs, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment 
 Manage emails, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and act as a contact point for certain suppliers 
 Assist the Practice Manager with event coordination 
 Support the Practice Manager, Financial Manager, and doctors with various ad hoc duties 
Requirements: 
 A Commerce Degree / Diploma or a related qualification 
 Previous experience in medical practice administration is essential 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
 Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities 
 Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and general office equipment 
 Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks 
 A willingness to learn and collaborate with staff, management, and Directors
