Reporting to National Manager: Parts & Accessories and National Parts Manager
Achieve Sales Targets Monitor dealer sales and take action to ensure targets are met.
Dealer Visits Identify and support high-priority dealers, ensuring Parts Operations Standards are upheld.
Dealer Evaluation Assess dealer performance using scorecards and reports.
SGP & SGA Promotion Encourage dealers to promote Genuine Parts & Accessories.
Sales Channel Expansion Develop new wholesale networks beyond existing dealerships.
Inventory Management Guide dealers on stock replenishment, standard inventory, and display setup.
Promotional Activities Plan, implement, and analyse marketing campaigns.
Administrative Support Assist dealers with ordering, inventory control, and payment follow-ups.
Technical Support Support dealers with technical, warranty & service issues.
Market Research Monitor competitor pricing and report insights.
Territory Coordination Manage dealer inquiries and parts-related concerns.
Accessories Development Develop catalogs, special edition packs, and marketing materials.
General Support Resolve dealer-distributor issues and ensure marketing materials are displayed.
Reporting Gather and update aftersales data, Track CSI result and implement action plans if needed.
Training support Monitor skills and recommend training
