Job Description

A well-established retirement home in Pretoria East is seeking a Nursing Service Manager with a passion for caring for the elderly.

Suitable candidates will be responsible for the management and supervision of healthcare personnel, Specialized Geriatric nursing care for independent and dependent elderly residents, medication control, overseeing medical services on a day-to-day basis, and detailed responsibilities in conjunction with Management.

Minimum requirements and qualifications:

BCur or such Qualification in General Nursing that leads to registration at SANC.

At least 5 years clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.

At least 5 years' experience in Geriatric Nursing.

Experience in Nursing Management.

Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Own transport.

Job location:

Afrikaans and English (must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages)

Salary:

R36 000 per month
