Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes each child's
emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to ensure every child
reaches their full potential.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet their
individual needs.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements:
- ECD qualification
- Experience working with young children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and creative approach to education.
