Role Outline
To co-ordinate and monitor a team with regards to defined goals and objectives in accordance with internal KPI's

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to the company's rules and regulations as documented in the company's disciplinary policy. Ensure that housekeeping is maintained in your work area. Ensure safe work practice as defined during Induction and other health and safety related training and awareness campaigns. Record and report all damaged cases / components. Ensure that all non-conformance and queries are addressed on a daily basis. Elevate unresolved problems or queries to superior for resolution. Provide training and guidance to sub-ordinates in accordance with relevant procedures. Ensure timely communication flow between Management and sub-ordinates. Co-ordinate and monitor a team or groups to achieve defined objectives. Perform required administrative duties (e.g. time sheets). Perform safety checks on equipment (e.g. forklift and equipment checklists). Ensure accurate and effective record keeping on all required records / reports under your responsibility. Represent DHL Quality Department in meetings. Co-ordinate and motivate your team in the daily conduct of their duties. Ensure timely and accurate investigations with regards to non-conforming components / deliveries and provide adequate feedback to affected parties. Ensure isolating, traceability and identification of suspect and reject components. Investigate and exhaust all possibilities to secure production during components shortages resulting from non-conforming components.


Qualifications & ExperienceMatric with (English and Math's) Two years previous work experience SAP Computer Literacy(Excel, Word & Power Point) Forklift experience
