Out of Hours (OOH) Night Manager

to lead our night shift team at our Bree Street office in Cape Town, ensuring top-tier service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Your Role:





Lead and motivate our night shift consultants to achieve KPIs and maintain high performance. Oversee nightly operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. Handle complaints efficiently, adhering to A24 Group's complaints department protocols. Ensure HR policies, including sick and annual leave, are followed. Provide regular performance updates to the OOH Senior Manager during monthly reviews. Uphold professionalism and foster a collaborative team culture.



What You Bring:





Proven leadership experience, preferably in night shifts or healthcare-related settings. Strong problem-solving skills to manage complaints and operational challenges. Understanding of HR processes and compliance. Results-driven with a focus on meeting targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced night shift environment.
