Night Auditor 5 Star Hotel Franschhoek

Job Description
Oversee Front Office and other hotel operations during the night shift
Assist guests with any requests or problems overnight
Complete night audit reports and ensure all departments are balanced
Make sure all guest needs and special requests are clearly communicated and met
Promote and upsell the hotel's services and experiences
Help maintain health and safety standards
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a 5-star hotel
Great communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of the Franschhoek area
Friendly, calm under pressure, and guest-focused
Comfortable with housekeeping, food and beverage, and butler service duties
Computer skills - Microsoft Office and Protel
Hospitality diploma or degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Valid driver's license
Willingness to work night shifts and support other departments
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
Passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction
Candidates living in or near Franschhoek will be preferred
Between 3 - 5 Years
