Sales Executive - New Vehicles
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for new vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of new vehicles to customers, as well as providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending events
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Advise customers on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
Negotiate prices and close sales deals to meet targets
Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with financing options
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-ups
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of new vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Valid driver's license
