Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in automotive sales (no other industries considered)
  • Stable employment history with verifiable references
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to sell 8-10 vehicles per month
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and customer-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored advice
  • Present new vehicles, highlighting features, options, and benefits
  • Conduct test drives and follow up with leads to close sales
  • Negotiate pricing, finance packages, and trade-in deals professionally
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
  • Complete all administrative tasks, including contracts, vehicle documentation, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and relevant legislation
