About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven
New Listings Consultant
to join our team. You will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio by generating leads, onboarding new property owners, and supporting them through the listing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about real estate and short-term rentals to grow their career.Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage property leads through various channels Engage and build strong relationships with property owners Conduct property assessments and assist with pricing strategies Prepare contracts, ensure accurate documentation, and track fulfillment Provide ongoing support to property owners throughout their onboarding
Requirements:
Matric (Diploma/Degree in a related field is advantageous) Experience in hospitality or property hosting is a bonus Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Proactive, client-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a team
