This role is perfect for a commercially minded, ambitious sales professional who thrives on the challenge of opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals. You'll be responsible for selling a platform to new business clients across multiple sectors.
Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities via outbound phone calls, LinkedIn, emails, and video outreach
Conduct engaging online product demos to showcase the value of the platform
Consult with prospects to understand their hiring needs and demonstrate how our technology can solve their recruitment challenges
Own and manage your pipeline from first contact through to close
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimise sales strategy and messaging
Keep our CRM system (HubSpot) clean, up-to-date, and used to its full potential
What You'll Bring
1-2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, recruitment tech, HR solutions, or subscription-based models
A consultative, value-led sales approach, you know how to build trust, uncover needs, and close deals
Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment with plenty of autonomy
Experience working to and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
A tech-savvy mindset, you're comfortable with digital tools and remote sales processes
Bonus: Experience selling into
estate agencies, property groups, or HR/recruitment teams
