About the Role





This high-energy, office-based role revolves around new business acquisition - not account management. You'll aggressively prospect, conduct cold outreach, think creatively to uncover opportunities, build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, and close deals that expand our footprint in the medical staffing industry. As a self-starter, you'll own your pipeline and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:





Proactively generate and qualify your own leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and innovative outreach strategies. Conduct fearless hard sales presentations and negotiations to win new medical staffing contracts. Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals. Think outside the box to identify and create new business opportunities in untapped markets. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring rapid conversion. Consistently hit and exceed ambitious new business targets to drive aggressive growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in our CRM for maximum efficiency.
