New Business Internal Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic and driven New Business Internal Sales Representative to join our team.
This role focuses on developing new client accounts, preparing competitive quotes, and driving sales growth from the office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the transport, rigging, or logistics sector and a passion for winning new business.
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities
Contact and follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and online channels
Prepare and send accurate quotes, proposals, and costings
Build and maintain a sales pipeline on a CRM system
Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business
Liaise with external sales, operations, and accounts teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Achieve and exceed monthly new business sales targets
Requirements
Proven experience in internal or business development sales
Preferably experienced in transport, rigging, or logistics industries
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
CRM system experience (managing leads and pipelines)
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
Matric (Grade 12) -- tertiary studies in Sales/Business is advantageous
