Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets as per the established sales and commission structure.
Preparation of Action Plans and Sales Prospects: Create and implement action plans to identify potential sales prospects and opportunities.
Managing Appointments and Leads via CRM: Utilize the CRM platform to manage appointments, track leads, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Sourcing New Leads: Actively source new leads from various sectors and channels, as well as follow up on leads provided by the company.
Preparation of Rates and Proposals: Develop competitive pricing and prepare detailed proposals for new clients.
Customer Onboarding and Marketing Support: Prepare educational packs for new clients and assist with marketing campaigns and branding efforts to enhance the companys market presence
Minimum of 3 years + proven experience in B2B New Business Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
