We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Manager to join our growing team, who will be responsible for analysing market trends to create strategies, identifying new sales leads, and working towards expanding the organisation's customer base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Implement sales strategies that further the department's agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business.
Utilizes analytics tools and undertakes detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to senior sales management.
Monitor and observe the brand and make forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market - Samsung mobile phones and SaaS sectors.
Collaborate closely with management, assist with marketing and customer success deployment to ensure alignment, and coordinated execution of strategies.
Build strong relationships with the external partners and consumers and regularly interact with them by attending sales workshops, seminars and hosting events, hosting sales events for the business's product, playing an active role in industry organizations and so forth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
Conduct regular and consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends in order to constantly keep the business at par or even ahead of other players and drive greater sales resulting from securing a greater market share.
Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and performance reports.
Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company objectives.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Master's degree (PhD preferred) in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related filed.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within IT hardware distribution (Samsung mobile phones) and SaaS.
In-depth knowledge of Samsung mobile phone and SaaS solutions.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to surpassing sales targets
Willingness to travel as & when required.
