JOB DESCRIPTION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE The primary role of the Business Development Executive will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities for the organization to expand its customer base and increase revenue for the companyxe2x80x99s business units. The responsibilities of the Business Development Executive will include: Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients and nurture relationships to convert leads into opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients you bring into the business, understanding their business goals and needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the agency's services and capabilities.
  • Develop and present proposals that align with client objectives and demonstrate value.
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Business Manager to negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets, while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaboration with InternalTeams:
  • Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to project implementation.
  • Provide valuable feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and overall client experience.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance and opportunities.
Adhoc Tasks:
  • Adhoc tasks outside of your role and job description as and when required by the business
Job Type: Full-time Experience:
  • New Business Development in Marketing or Public Relations: 10 years (Required)
