We're seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented
Physiotherapist
to join our dynamic practice in Kimberley. You'll work alongside doctors, biokineticists, and administrative staff to deliver patient-centred rehabilitation, focusing on back, neck, and musculoskeletal conditions using the
DBC protocol
and other evidence-based approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, hands-on physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Educate patients on their conditions, expected recovery process, and self-management strategies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical notes, records, and reports in line with compliance standards.
Keep professional registrations and CPD points up to date (HPCSA, BHF, BASA, etc.).
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and patient feedback sessions.
Uphold all safety, quality, and ethical standards.
Guide patients through the DBC programme and other conservative care pathways.
Assess and manage non-DBC patients, ensuring appropriate documentation and referrals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
Registered with the HPCSA
CPD compliant and current
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (preferred)
Strong grounding in manual therapy and rehabilitation principles
Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital clinical systems
