We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and detail-driven
Physiotherapist
to become part of our dynamic team. You'll collaborate with doctors, biokineticists, and administrative staff to provide patient-focused rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on back, neck, and musculoskeletal conditions using the
DBC protocol
alongside other evidence-based treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, hands-on physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients about their condition, expected outcomes, and treatment journey.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient management.
Keep accurate, compliant records and clinical reports.
Stay up to date with CPD requirements and maintain registration with professional bodies (HPCSA, BHF, BASA, etc.).
Take part in clinical meetings and patient feedback sessions.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Guide patients through the DBC programme and conservative treatment options.
Manage non-DBC patients with appropriate assessment, documentation, and referrals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
Registered with the
HPCSA
CPD compliant and current
At least 1-2 years' experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (preferred)
Strong foundation in manual therapy and rehabilitation principles
Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital clinical tools
