Natural Adabas Developer

Job Description

An industry leader in the Automotive industry is looking for an experienced Natural Adabas Developer to work on the development and optimization of their core systems.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex Natural Adabas applications.
  • Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
  • Manage the integration of Natural Adabas systems with other technologies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Natural Adabas development.
  • Expertise in mainframe environments and Adabas database management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Natural programming and Adabas utilities.
  • Proven experience in leading development projects and mentoring teams.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Predict or similar dictionary tools.
  • Knowledge of modern integration techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and migration strategies.
