Manage SLAs with service providers and collaborate with asset/property managers on variances and projects.
Conduct variance investigations, provide solutions, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
Lead utility training annually to align the team with industry standards and client expectations.
Approve council account variances, oversee monthly accrual processes, and resolve queries.
Manage tenant utility billings, ensuring timely and accurate uploads and reconciliations.
Support financial planning through forecasting, budgeting, and expenditure reporting.
Manage service providers and procurement processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
Lead special projects to improve sustainability and reduce carbon footprint.
What You Will Bring (Non-Negotiables)
Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) qualification.
5-7 years' minimum experience in utilities management within a municipality or real estate portfolio.
