National Training Manager (mobile Telecoms Industry)

Job Description

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:



Liaise with management regarding the onboarding of new employees within the region. Prepare and submit weekly reports to management on all training-related activities in the region. Develop and present a comprehensive monthly training execution plan for the region. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvement strategies where required. Facilitate online training sessions for the Retail team, external stakeholders, and dealers. Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, including the preparation of instructional materials, ensuring participant engagement to maximize learning outcomes, and issuing certificates of completion. Design professional, concise, and engaging training materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, videos, PDFs) for internal staff and external partners. Oversee and assess the training performance of RMs, AMs, and BAs through structured evaluations and audits. Coordinate the onboarding and evaluation of new field Retail staff members to ensure their effective integration into the business. Establish and maintain professional engagement with Stores, Dealers, Call Centres, and Network Partners to communicate product knowledge and reinforce brand representation. Plan, track, and monitor the training schedule for each product launch. Consult with internal staff to identify monthly training requirements and areas for improvement. Manage and monitor vCollege training participation across the region. Audit training sessions conducted by AMs within the region to ensure consistency and quality. Oversee all training-related matters for the region, including AM training execution, training coverage, BA and AM upskilling, Dealer and Call Centre training, and in-store training initiatives. Manage and schedule NPI (New Product Introduction) training within the region.

Desired Experience & Qualifications :



Mobile Telecommunication industry experience (NON NEGOTIABLE)

Diploma/Degree in relevant field (Training, Sales etc.)

Min 3-5 years as corporate & store Trainer

Strong public speaking skills

Excel - intermediate

PowerPoint - advanced

Logical and creative thinking

Content creation (PowerPoint and video)

Own reliable transport

Valid Drivers License
