Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Training Excellence: Implement and deliver engaging and informative training programs for beauty consultants across the country. Update training manuals
• Assist in planning, preparation and conducting informative meetings and product updates / launches
• Utilise creativity in presentation methods
• Efficiently control training rooms and ensure constantly maintained to high standards
• Instrumental in the set-up for launches, training, conferences etc.
• Willing and able to travel to nationally and internationally
• In-field training and Salon/Spa Training ensuring the upholding of high standards
• Collaborate with the Sales Team ensuring regular attendance to complete all training modules within specified time frames
• Support the PR team for all high-profile events and workshops (may include weekends or evenings)
• Build strong business relationships with Beauty Consualtants, Salon Owners and Retailers
• Product Knowledge: Ensure in-depth knowledge of cosmetic, skincare, and makeup products, staying updated on the latest industry trends.
• Passionate Leadership: Inspire beauty consultants through your passion for the beauty industry, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and innovations.

Requirements:

• Essential: must have a recognised Diploma with CIDESCO or ITEC in Beauty Therapy
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Training experience is beneficial
• Must be willing to travel Nationally
• Must have good understanding of the Retail industry
• Proven experience and expertise in cosmetics, skincare, and makeup application.

Computer Skills:

• Computer literate with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Have a sound digital understanding
