National Sales Manager
to oversee our national sales operations. The successful candidate must have strong
experience using LeadSquared CRM
to manage leads, monitor conversions, and drive recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement a
national sales strategy
aligned with institutional growth targets.
Drive
student recruitment campaigns
and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Oversee and manage sales teams across multiple campuses.
Forecast sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
Identify new markets, opportunities, and partnerships to expand student intake.
Lead Management (LeadSquared CRM)
Oversee and optimise the use of
LeadSquared CRM
across all campuses.
Ensure accurate capturing, tracking, and follow-up of all student leads.
Analyse data from LeadSquared to monitor pipeline progress, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Train and support sales advisors on best practices for lead management.
Develop automated workflows and reporting dashboards within LeadSquared.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor
campus sales teams
and student advisors.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide ongoing coaching.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and set clear KPIs for staff.
Motivate and inspire teams to achieve
individual and national targets
.
Business Development & Market Engagement
Represent AIFT at career fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Build strong relationships with schools, corporates, and community organisations to generate leads.
Develop partnerships to boost student enrolment numbers.
Conduct competitor analysis to ensure AIFT maintains a competitive edge in the education sector.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
Work closely with the marketing department to align campaigns with recruitment goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably in education or training sectors.
Proven experience working with
LeadSquared CRM
(advanced knowledge required).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site sales teams.
Target-driven with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel nationally when required.
