5+ years in senior managerial / Exco or director level
Experience of managing national sales team and national footprint
Proven experience of sales strategy development and implementation
Previous experience in the tyre automotive or logistical sector /industry is required.
Understanding of financial budgets and PNL or income statement core requirements
Strong client focus / service orientation
Ability to coordinate / delegate.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic management of the company's entire sales team, growth, and retention strategy management on new and existing clients
Development and implementation growth strategy year on year (existing and new customers)
Setting a Long-term sales strategy
Communicating and driving sales strategy with the Sales Team
Customer Retention Strategy and management
Effectively building and communicate strategic value propositions.
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Sales Team Management and tracking of Teams performance.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes and adapting sales Strategy and implementation accordingly.
Growing sales Team and management of succession planning
