Job Title: National Project Manager
Location: National Coverage (Travel required)
Availability: Immediate Start
JDJ Diagnostic Laboratory is undertaking an ambitious rollout of new diagnostic laboratories across all regions , and were seeking a dynamic Project & Maintenance Manager to drive this initiative with precision, urgency, and expert leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end logistics of setting up new laboratory sites, including planning, budgeting, and execution
Manage and guide regional maintenance teams to ensure timely completion and ongoing facility upkeep
Supervise office partitioning, tiling, and other physical setup components with a hands-on approach
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations across all sites
Develop, manage, and report on project budgets and timelines
Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and site resources
Respond swiftly to obstacles, delays, and unplanned challenges with urgency and professionalism
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in building set-ups, facility preparation, and maintenance operations
Strong technical knowledge of tiling, plumbing, office installations, and basic civil/building works
Exceptional project management and budgeting skills
A flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
Must be willing to travel extensively, including to remote or rural sites
Willing to work overtime and public holidays to meet aggressive timelines
Committed to delivering high-quality work under pressure and with a sense of urgency
