National Operations Manager

Job Description
overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and managing budgets and resources
Key responsibilities
Strategy and planning
: Develop and implement operational strategies and set objectives to improve performance and achieve business goals.*
Operations oversight
: Supervise daily business activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations, including production, logistics, and customer service.*
Budget and resource management
: Manage budgets, control spending, and efficiently allocate resources, including materials, staff, and capital.*
Staff management
: Recruit, train, and supervise employees, set performance goals, and lead and mentor the team.*
Process improvement
: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve operational systems, productivity, and quality control.*
Performance analysis
: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and report on operational performance.*
Compliance
: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and local and national regulations.*
Skills and qualifications
Proven work experience in operations management or a similar role. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of operations management principles and organizational effectiveness. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Solid understanding of industry-specific processes, quality control measures, and safety regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between employees and management

Pay: R10000,00 - R40000,00 per month
