SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Operations Manager to join our growing team. Based at our Germiston head office, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for leading and managing operational performance across our national footprint, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement in line with our strategic goals.POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operational function across all national sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and compliance to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement robust operational strategies, systems, and processes.
• Manage and mentor regional operations teams to drive performance, consistency, and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in operations management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 810 years experience in a senior operations leadership role, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or industrial services.
• Proven ability to manage large, dispersed teams and complex operations.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro, or similar).
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.
