Job Description
R 750 000 - R 1 000 000 Annually Cost To Company (Market related, Negotiable)
A JSE-listed Consulting house in Cape Town seek the expertise of a qualified candidate from the Legal space for a National Legal Risk Officer.
Required:
- Completed LLB (Law) Degree
- Admitted Attorney
- Min 3-5 years post articles experience as Legal Advisor/Risk
- MS Office Package knowledge at an advanced level
- Previous Audit, Advisory, Tax firm experience (Bonus)
- Management of Contracts, Legal Compliance and regulations, Governance, Strategic legal advice and negotiations of legal agreements
- Well versed in Commercial Law, Data privacy Law, FICA, Auditing Professional Act, ISO and POPIA
