This role is eligible for the Corporate Office Dual Workplace Arrangement. This new way of work introduces a hybrid working model for Mediclinic Southern Africa (MCSA) Corporate Office employees. Eligible employees will be required to be in the office (25 Du Toit Street, Stellenbosch) for two scheduled days a week and the other three days will be worked from home.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide input in the strategic direction, lead the execution of strategic client experience objectives, and manage and improve current client experience performance in Southern Africa (SA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Provide input and assist with setting the client experience strategic direction across SA
  • Drive the execution of the Group and SA client experience strategy
  • Provide client experience support to all stakeholders on a continuous basis
  • Implement and monitor client experience performance metrics and ensure continuous performance improvement
  • Implement and manage the minimum Mediclinic standard programme for service delivery
  • Initiate and develop innovative client experience solutions to drive the execution of the client experience strategy
REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a diploma in client experience, communication, marketing, or similar field
DESIRED EDUCATION
  • Additional qualification in a related field, e.g., marketing or communication
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
  • 5-years' of client experience management of which at least 3 must be in the healthcare sector
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Management experience in a hospital or healthcare system
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Client experience and skills within a large, complex organisation
  • Client experience expertise and skills within healthcare
  • Client experience related administration of survey systems and other engagement tools
  • Data privacy requirements (GDPR)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of healthcare systems
  • Insight into clinical data and analytics, including health information management
  • Knowledge of clinical management, including client safety and clinical quality improvement
  • Knowledge of country-specific healthcare regulatory requirements in Southern Africa
  • Proficiency in English
  • Project Management
  • Report writing skills
