Someone with the ability to create campaigns that consumers love and can't wait to share. Scope of the role:

To conceptualize and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our clients' brand identities, positioning and messaging through all brand touchpoints; to be able to edit basic video and create motion graphics.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Conceptualize and execute outstanding creative work.
• Collaborate with other agency members/teams/divisions to develop creative concepts.
• Manage visual identity of brands.
• Ability to edit basic video and create motion graphics.
• Create high-quality print, editorial and digital layouts and oversee shoots.
• Ensure consistency and integration of art direction across all communication channels.
• Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off.
• Work according to the brief - understand the relevance of the target market.
• Develop your professional skills on a daily basis.
• Keep abreast of current trends within the Advertising industry.

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Art Direction
• Minimum 4-5 years' experience working as an Art Director in an Advertising Agency
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications (After Effects / Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD)
• Experience in video editing and animation is essential
• Experience using InVision would be advantageous
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills (comfortable presenting internally and externally)
• Strong multi-tasking skills (able to work on multiple briefs at any given time)
• Strong time management skills
