Job Description
- Synchronization and artificial insemination in cows.
- Bull semen collection, evaluation and freezing/cryopreservation.
- Contribute scientific knowledge towards the research project objectives.
- Assist with compiling project budgets and purchases.
- Operate and maintain facility material and equipment.
- Provide research support, diagnostics, and other project services.
- Collect, capture, and process data with basic analysis.
- Provide verbal/written reports on work activities and results.
- Optimize laboratory equipment and processing systems.
- Assist in the preparation for presentations.
- Assist in writing of proposals and scientific articles
- Render diagnostic, technical and other project services.
- Comply with SHE/OHS policies and procedures.
- BSc or BSc honours in Animal Science.
- Understanding of basic principles of research.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
