Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for The Moves and Churns Assistant who is responsible for supporting campus transport operations by safely moving, assembling, disassembling, and positioning furniture, office equipment, and related items. The role also includes basic asset labelling, assisting with small maintenance tasks, and ensuring all moves are carried out efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption.

Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Delivery:
Move and position office furniture and equipment in and around the campus.
Assemble and disassemble furniture as required.
Carry out basic labelling of assets during moves.
Support I.T. teams with safe movement of I.T.-related equipment.
Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in line with OHS requirements.
Keep storage/workshop areas neat, tidy, and organised.
Take before-and-after photos of completed work for record purposes.
Maintain tools in good working order.
Report and log all moves and churns activities via the TFS Helpdesk.
Undertake inspections of store areas and equipment as directed by the Team Leader/Supervisor.
Service Delivery Management:
Ensuring performance requirements are met (SLA's and performance management)
Maintain an accurate record of all Move and churns requests actioned.
Customer Focus:
Work with teams to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities
Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about services
Work with processes and procedures in such a way that operational efficiencies and performance are enhanced
Attend to and resolve all client queries timeously or escalate when necessary
Follow up and follow through on all escalated queries timeously
Manage conflict
Reporting:
Update and maintain all relevant records on a daily to ensure all activity is recorded

Qualifications
Matric
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar environment
