As a Videographer with Motion Design expertise, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, editing, and delivering visually compelling video content that tells our brand's story. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all visual content is aligned with our brand identity. Additionally, you will use your graphic design skills to support the creation of static and animated content, ensuring consistency across all media.
Minimum Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), and other motion design tools, experience with 3Ds MAX is an advantage.
Strong understanding of
design principles
, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Video editing skills and experience with video production workflows.
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing animations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field.
Experience working in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
Experience with sound design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition).
Duties and Responsibilities
Video Production:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional, instructional, and event content.
Operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment during shoots.
Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard, script, and create compelling narratives.
Manage the full production process, from pre-production (conceptualizing) to post-production (editing and delivery).
Motion Design:
Create motion graphics for videos, including intros, transitions, lower thirds, and other animated elements.
Design and animate engaging video content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Graphic Design:
Support graphic design efforts, including the creation of logos, infographics, digital advertisements, and branding materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual content, both static and animated.
File Management:
Organize and archive video and design assets for future use.
