Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to produce engaging content across various platforms. This role requires a combination of graphic design expertise, content creation skills, and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics

Reporting:

Duties/Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities include the following, and will be amended from time to time due to operational requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Content Creation:

Conceptualize, develop, and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms. Create visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia elements that align with brand guidelines.

Graphic Design:

Design marketing collateral, social media assets, email templates, and other promotional materials. Develop visually stunning and on-brand graphics for various projects and campaigns.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics across all design and content elements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and adhere to brand guidelines.

Content Strategy:

Work with the content and marketing teams to contribute to content strategy and planning. Provide creative input for campaigns, ensuring visual elements enhance the overall messaging.

Social Media Creatives:

Create social media graphics and visuals that capture audience attention and drive engagement. Stay informed about social media trends and design best practices.

Photography and Image Editing:

Capture and edit high-quality images to be used across various channels. Enhance and retouch photographs to meet visual standards.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Collaborate with writers, marketers, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation process.

Skills & Abilities

3+ years of experience in graphic design and content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Proficiency in Lightroom Classic Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and content creation projects. Knowledge of current design trends, color theory, and typography. Experience with video editing and multimedia production. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering visually stunning and effective designs.

Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related fields Vehicle knowledge is an advantage, but what's more important is a passion for the brand and the outdoors. We're looking for a teammate who shares our love for camping, overlanding, and 4x4ing.
