Monitoring And Evaluation Manager
Job Description
The position will provide strategic and operational stakeholders with evidence-based reports that reflect high-level data analytics for Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and Western Cape. Key performance areas include Monitoring and Evaluation, Data management, Stakeholder Management, Quality Assurance as well as Staff development and management.
Closing Date: 12 December 2023
Required minimum qualification
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in statistics, M&E or relevant field
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis; Microsoft Office and statistical software (SPSS, Stata)
Expertise in PEPFAR indicators and reporting requirements; and
Excellent report writing, analytical and communication skills, including oral and written presentation skills.
Demonstrated expertise in results-based program accountability framework
Required minimum experience
Five years working on Monitoring and Evaluation including Knowledge Management within HIV and AIDS service delivery
Five years experience in managing staff
Experience and Research and Quality Assurance methodologies
Experience working on M&E of VMMC programs is preferable
Desirable qualifications and experience 6 to 10-year experience in M&E of HIV/AIDS programme
6 to 10 years experience in managing staff
Experience in government (NDOH etc) reporting and PEPFAR reporting
