Requirements:

BA or BSc in economics, accounting, finance, or business administration or other related qualifications
MBA or master's degree in financial management is an advantage
8 to 10 years' experience in the finance management function with at least 3-5 years handling FX and Money Market trading experience
SAP system experience preferably in Loans Management Module
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Power Point/MS Project), accounting, and financial software
Registration as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (xe2x80x9cRegistryxe2x80x9d), state real estate license
Must exhibit high professional standards and work ethic

Diverse Stakeholder Management

KPAs:

Creation of contracts on SAP following approval by the relevant credit approval committees and specific Fund approval bodies
Monthly clearing of GL clearing accounts, as and when required
Manually maintaining interest rates on specific accounts
Online debit order collections on relevant payment dates
Audits expenditures, ensuring loans compliance with the accounting procedures of the organization
Monitors expenditures and prepares monthly financial statements and administrative reports
Handle pricing in foreign exchange business and achieve profit through funding activities
Actively participate in the development of presentation materials for Boards & Oversight committees
