Job Description

Expanding sales of new phones in various sales territories

Preparing sales plans Making outbound calls through regional call center Developing and maintaining a relationship with new customers Ensuring to quote prices as well as credit terms Coordinating phone sales-related customer training Developing and maintaining professional relations with clients Investigating and solving conformance problems Managing call center productivity levels by maintaining CSR schedule adherence Handling customer transactions via POS and POA (point of activation) register Utilizing cell phone carriers' POS systems in order to register sales and provide customer support Engaging in conversation with guests providing the latest Smartphones and popular electronics and cable services and deals Ensuring to procure phone sales leads from different sources Attaining minimum standards for quotes, calls and sales quotas Ensuring to penetrate to current client base and enhance revenue.

Pay: From R6000,00 per month
